  • Products with broken seals
  • Diet consultation services once booked or delivered
  • Digital or intangible services

This is to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.

✅ Damaged / Incorrect Product

We will happily assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive an incorrect item

Conditions:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
